Search Methodology


Step 1: Understanding the client organization
Even before we start a business relationship with our client, we meet and understand their business, their organization structure and their future growth plans.

Step 2: Understanding role specific requirements
This include designation, reporting structure, key responsibilities and accountabilities, skill sets etc.

Step 3: Preparing search plan
Once we get a complete understanding of the organization and the role requirements, we develop a list of industries/companies from which to recruit and what level of employees to target. We utilize our database, sources and network.

Step 4: Shortlist and Evaluation
Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates.

Step 5: Interviews
For the candidates to be interviewed, we prepare a tracker and an evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidate and client you on the meeting, we work with the client to draw up a final shortlist.

Step 6: Post Recruitment Follow-up 
We remain in touch with the candidate to understand if his satisfaction with the role and inform/discuss with the client, if there are any issues.
